Junk Removal Technician, "Junk Dad" NKY Junk Dads, Northern Kentucky Full-time and part-time available $25/hour plus incentive bonuses

ABOUT US NKY

Junk Dads is a locally owned junk removal company serving homes and businesses across Boone, Kenton and Campbell counties. We handle everything from single-item pickups and garage cleanouts to full estate cleanouts, and we take down sheds and playground sets. We are growing, and we are looking for reliable people to join the crew, whether you want full-time work or a flexible part-time schedule.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Load and haul junk, furniture, appliances and debris from homes and businesses. Take down and remove sheds and playground sets. Provide friendly, professional service on every job, because you are the face of the company. Safely operate company trucks and trailers and use basic hand tools. Sort items for donation, recycling and proper disposal. Keep the truck, trailer, tools and job sites clean and in good order. Follow all safety procedures, especially around heavy lifting.

SCHEDULE

Full-time:

consistent, year-round hours.

Part-time:

flexible scheduling, good for students, a second job, or supplemental income.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Ability to lift 50 lbs or more repeatedly and work in all weather. Valid driver's license and a reasonable driving record. Reliable transportation to our dispatch point in Union. Strong work ethic, punctuality and a good attitude. Comfortable talking with customers directly. Prior labor, moving, landscaping or construction experience is a plus, not a requirement. Must be able to pass a background check.

PAY & INCENTIVES

$25/hour base pay, full-time and part-time. Job completion bonus on every finished job, paid the same pay period. Extra pay for the crew member who drives and leads a job. Tips are pooled and split evenly among the crew who worked that job.
