Join Our Team at JED's Local! JED's Local is looking for friendly, dependable servers to join our team. We are a busy neighborhood restaurant serving po'boys, burgers and Louisiana favorites in a casual, fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. We're looking for people who enjoy working with others, provide great customer service and can keep up during busy shifts. JED's is part of Davis Hospitality Group, which also includes Eliza Restaurant & Bar and Josephine's Italian. We offer flexible schedules, hands-on training and opportunities to build your skills and grow within our restaurant group. What You'll Do Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service. Take food and drink orders accurately. Serve food and prepare basic cocktails and other beverages. Stay organized and provide efficient service during busy shifts. Keep tables, dining areas and service stations clean and stocked. Work closely with your teammates to provide a great guest experience. Handle guest payments accurately. What We're Looking For Previous restaurant experience preferred, but not required. A friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service skills. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant. Willingness to learn our menu, cocktails and service standards. Ability to communicate clearly and work well with others.
