About the Position We're looking for friendly, dependable Servers who genuinely enjoy taking care of guests and working as part of a strong team. Our servers should be comfortable in a fast-paced restaurant, interested in food and beverage, and committed to providing warm, attentive service from the moment a guest sits down until they leave. What You'll Do Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their dining experience Learn our food, wine, cocktail and beverage menus and confidently answer guest questions Take accurate orders and enter them promptly into the POS system Serve food and beverages while monitoring tables throughout the dining experience Communicate clearly with the kitchen, bar and other members of the service team Process guest payments accurately Follow food safety, sanitation and responsible alcohol-service standards Complete opening, closing and side-work responsibilities Help your teammates and contribute to a positive, professional work environment What We're Looking For A genuine interest in hospitality, food and taking care of guests Dependable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Willing and eager to learn our food and beverage program Available for a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends Must meet applicable age requirements for serving alcohol and be willing to obtain any required Louisiana alcohol-service certification Restaurant experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate What We Offer Generous employee dining benefits: 50% off your meal while working, plus 30% off when dining at any Davis Hospitality Group restaurant for you and up to three guests
