Compensation & Earnings Potential:

Base Pay:

$7.00 / hour +

Tips High Tip Potential:

Schedule Requirement:

Weekends are mandatory. Includes 2 days off during Monday through Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Train, guide, and mentor server staff and bussers to maintain exceptional service standards.

Front & Back of House Coordination:

Communicate seamlessly between the dining room and kitchen to ensure smooth food delivery and operations.

Guest Relations:

Address guest inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure a memorable dining experience.

Store Opening & Closing:

Assist with daily opening and closing procedures, including POS system reconciliation and tip settlement.

Operations & Cleanliness:

Oversee floor sanitation, hygiene standards, side-work completion, and inventory/supplies restocking.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 2+ years of restaurant server experience. Minimum 1+ year of supervisory/lead server or assistant manager experience.

Certifications & Legal Status:

Must hold a valid Bar Card (Responsible Vendor Permit) or be eligible to obtain one. Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Skills:

Strong communication skills, ability to multitask under pressure, and a team-first attitude.
