Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha or Micros. Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food and drink options. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions with care. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests. Uphold restaurant policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations. Qualifications Previous experience as a Server or in food service is preferred, with a strong background in hospitality. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette for guest relations. Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha POS or Micros POS) is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive guest experiences. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in host/host roles or hotel guest services is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
