You will guide guests through the menu, make recommendations, and ensure that every aspect of their visit exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities:

Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to all guests Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of food, beverage, wine, and cocktail offerings Guide guests through the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations and upselling when appropriate Accurately take and input orders into the POS system Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service Maintain awareness of table progress and ensure proper pacing of courses Deliver food and beverages with proper presentation and attention to detail Handle guest requests, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and urgency Process payments accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized section and assist with side work and opening/closing duties Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience

Qualifications:
