Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing them with menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining attention to detail in presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and adhering to sanitation standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts, demonstrating excellent time management skills. Experience Responsible to finish task on time Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
