Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and food handling practices Support kitchen staff by assisting with basic food preparation or food safety procedures when needed Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate guest seating during busy hours Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service in both fine dining settings and lively nightclub atmospheres Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant environments, or hospitality roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
