Food Runner

Duties Safely transport prepared dishes from the kitchen to guests' tables, ensuring timely delivery. Assist servers by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables efficiently to maintain a clean and welcoming dining area. Handle food handling responsibilities with attention to food safety standards and proper sanitation practices. Support the culinary team with basic food preparation tasks when needed, such as garnishing or portioning. Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to assist with order accuracy and guest requests. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate orders and special requests. Maintain cleanliness in service areas, including side stations and walk-in coolers, adhering to health regulations. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with food handling, serving, and bussing duties enhances your ability to succeed in this role. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential for delivering excellent guest service. $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
