Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring proper presentation and quality Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including food handling and beverage stations Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Skills Extensive experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Proven ability in food service environments with a focus on fine dining or upscale establishments Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest satisfaction Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous experience in restaurant settings such as nightclubs or high-volume venues is a plus Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality.
