Role:
As a Front Server, you will be the embodiment of hospitality, guiding guests through an elevated dining journey with impeccable service and knowledgeable recommendations. You will work alongside a passionate team to deliver an unparalleled experience that reflects the legacy of Saffron NOLA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to guests, creating a memorable experience
- Guide guests through the menu, offering insights on dishes, pairings, and specials
- Accurately take and deliver orders while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless communication and service
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections
- Uphold The Kingsway's high standards of hospitality and fine dining service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server in a fine dining or upscale environment
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage pairings, especially with Asian cuisine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- Passion for delivering an outstanding dining experience
- Commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement
