Position Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to guests, ensure a positive dining experience, and work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and make them feel welcome Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system Deliver food and drinks in a timely and professional manner Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns Process payments and handle cash or card transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Basic math skills for handling payments Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to carry trays and lift up to 25 lbs Comfortable working in a busy, high-energy environment
