Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage options to enhance the guest experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted clearly Serve food and beverages promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision and accountability Upsell menu items like premium spirits or specialty cocktails to maximize sales opportunities while offering personalized recommendations Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas quickly, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation or beverage setup during busy periods or special events such as nightclub nights or private parties Qualifications Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable reservation system is advantageous Strong knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktail mixing, and drink presentation techniques Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to build guest relations effortlessly Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking between serving tables, processing transactions, and maintaining cleanliness Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transaction processing; attention to detail is essential for accuracy in orders and payments Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or nightclubs as needed in a vibrant hospitality setting Join us as a Server Team Member where your energy fuels memorable experiences!
