This role is essential to delivering an exceptional dining experience by ensuring food is served promptly, tables are maintained, and guests receive attentive service throughout their visit. Key Responsibilities Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly, accurately, and professionally. Verify each order before leaving the kitchen to ensure accuracy and presentation. Assist servers by clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables promptly. Refill water, bread, and other guest necessities when appropriate. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked dining room throughout each shift. Support the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Communicate effectively with chefs, expediters, and servers regarding order timing, modifications, and guest requests. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant standards. Assist with opening, closing, and side work assignments. Respond to guest needs with professionalism, urgency, and a positive attitude. Help create a welcoming atmosphere by maintaining cleanliness and organization in all guest-facing areas. Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required. Strong work ethic and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Positive attitude with a passion for providing outstanding guest service. Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry trays or restaurant equipment throughout the shift.
