Position Summary:

As a Server at Sala, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch service to our patrons. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a delightful dining experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team will contribute to our restaurant's success.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of food and drink items. Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to tables. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service. Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately. Uphold restaurant policies and standards of service.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks. Knowledge of food and beverage pairings is a plus. Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain a Massachusetts Food Handler's Permit. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
