Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables with a friendly demeanor Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring all special requests are noted Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and desserts to enhance guest experiences and increase sales Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently, handling cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with accuracy Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety regulations Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Qualifications Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting Familiarity with Toast POS systems for order processing and sales transactions Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques including alcohol safety standards Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs Understanding of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
