What you'll do Welcome guests and help set the vibe for a great dining experience Talk comfortably about menu items, specials, and drink pairings Take accurate orders and deliver attentive, friendly service Keep service areas, tables, and stations clean and organized Complete opening and closing side work Serve alcohol responsibly and follow all safety guidelines Handle cash and POS transactions accurately Jump in to help teammates and handle guest requests with a positive attitude What we're looking for At least one year of experience as a server or bartender (restaurant or hotel) A solid understanding of food, wine, beer, and cocktails Strong people skills and a natural, respectful way with guests Comfort working in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills and attention to detail Experience with Toast or similar POS systems is a plus Banquet or catering experience is a bonus Multilingual skills are a plus Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
