Responsibilities Clear and reset tables promptly, maintaining a clean and organized dining area to enhance guest satisfaction Assist servers by delivering food orders swiftly and accurately from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring proper food handling and presentation standards Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks and safe handling practices as needed Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and trash removal to uphold health and safety standards Handle manual lifting of heavy trays, boxes, or supplies using safe lifting techniques to prevent injury Communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure smooth service flow and address any immediate needs or concerns Support banquet or special event setups by bussing tables, cleaning serving areas, and assisting with guest requests Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred but not required; willingness to learn is highly valued Familiarity with food handling, safety protocols, and basic food preparation techniques is advantageous Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus for processing orders efficiently Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent in-person customer service are essential Knowledge of safe manual handling practices and heavy lifting procedures ensures safety during daily tasks Prior banquet or large event experience can be beneficial but is not mandatory; training will be provided for all roles This role offers an energetic work environment where your positive attitude makes a real difference.
