Brunch & Dinner Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them through the menu options with enthusiasm and detailed descriptions. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted clearly. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and sanitation in accordance with food safety regulations. Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Process cash transactions accurately, handle credit card payments securely, and manage tabs using POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms. Assist with food handling, bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting the team during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow. Maintain excellent guest relations by providing attentive service, addressing concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of POS system such as Toast; familiarity with OpenTable is advantageous. Demonstrated ability in beverage service including cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, spirits experience, and drink presentation. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours. Solid understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and strong guest relations abilities. Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities.
