POSITION SUMMARY A

server is the direct contact with our clientele. You should be organized, engaging, responsible and ready to be hospitable in order to provide a lasting experience. With this position, comes the responsibility of bringing the information given to you directly to the consumer. You should be studious about menu items, restaurant policy and steps of service.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Servers responsibilities include waiting on guests, ringing in orders, creating a fun atmosphere, and other general restaurant work to keep the restaurant functioning. Serving experience is a must Understanding of restaurant etiquette Familiarity with health and safety regulations Experience in serving tables or dealing with face-to-face customer interaction Flexibility in scheduling Beverage/liquor knowledge High level of communication skills both with guests and management Organizational skills to manage your section and the restaurant on the whole A positive demeanor and willingness to work in a fun, energetic and fast paced environment. Ability to read your tables and anticipate needs of guests
