Duties Deliver freshly prepared food from the kitchen to tables efficiently and accurately, ensuring presentation standards are maintained. Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and clearing dishes to keep the dining area clean and inviting. Support food preparation activities when needed, including plating and garnishing dishes under chef supervision. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders or assist with guest transactions when required. Maintain strict adherence to food safety and handling protocols to ensure guest health and safety at all times. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate timely service and address any special guest requests. Support banquet or large-party service by managing multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality is highly preferred. Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards. Experience with serving, bussing, or supporting food preparation in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong communication skills with an energetic, guest-focused attitude. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently under pressure.
