Job Description
The Red Lion Inn Tavern - Cohasset, MA. Position Summary The Red Lion Inn Tavern is seeking a dependable and energetic Restaurant Busser and Food Runners to support our front-of-house team. This position plays a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, and restrooms Assist servers with water service, bread service, and guest needs Refill ice, polish glassware, and restock supplies Support the team during busy service periods Follow all health and safety guidelines Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Ability to move quickly and safely in a busy environment What We Offer Competitive hourly pay + tip pool eligibility Supportive team environment Growth opportunities within the organization If you enjoy working in a team-focused environment and take pride in delivering great guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.
