Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable. Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while handling cash register operations and sales transactions processing. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols. Provide exceptional guest service by addressing questions about menu items, dietary restrictions, or special requests promptly and professionally. Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for order entry and transaction processing. Strong knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink presentation techniques. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities. Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities. Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices essential for maintaining a clean environment. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters guest satisfaction and loyalty.
