Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and timely delivery Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while handling cash register operations with basic math skills Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation, beverage service, and food handling as needed to support kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations Experience Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is essential for efficient order processing Demonstrated knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle guest inquiries professionally Experience with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Previous roles involving serving, bussing tables, cashiering or cashier experience are advantageous Join us to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences where your energy makes a difference!
