Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage options. Take accurate orders using Katalyst POS , ensuring all special requests are clearly noted. Serve food and beverages efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non‑alcoholic drinks, maintaining high presentation standards. Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments. Upsell premium drinks, specialty dishes, and featured items to enhance the guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables promptly and assisting with food handling when needed. Foster strong guest relations through attentive service, menu knowledge, and proactive problem‑solving. Skills & Qualifications TIPS Certification required (or must be obtained within first 30 days of employment). Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments. Strong knowledge of POS systems; experienc preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple tables efficiently. Beverage service knowledge including spirits, wine, and cocktails. Effective time‑management skills during busy service hours. Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
