The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong background in the food and beverage industry. As a Beverage Server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable. Lunch & Dinner shifts available. Duties Greet guests promptly and provide them with menus, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Take beverage orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing Shift4 POS. Serve drinks and food items while maintaining excellent presentation standards. Upsell beverages and menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards during all service activities. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including bussing tables and ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, providing outstanding guest relations at all times. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred. Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety regulations is essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create positive guest interactions. Previous roles may include serving, host/host duties, or other positions within the food industry that demonstrate hospitality expertise.
