Job Description

SUMMARY The primary duty of the Club Server position is to interact with patrons by receiving, processing, and/or facilitating orders on Point of Sale (POS) devices.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome patrons as they arrive. Accept and process orders for patrons on Point of Sale (POS) device. Relay orders to kitchen in a timely manner. Assemble orders and serve to patrons. As needed, assist patrons with carrying purchased items to tables. Provide exceptional customer service to patrons and ensure an exemplary overall experience. Monitor and maintain proper product availability to include serving ware, condiments, and other guest requests. Adhere to basic food safety and sanitation guidelines. Make sure all equipment is working and report any issues to management. Special projects and assignments as business dictates
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent 0-2 years of relevant experience Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times. Organized and attentive to detail Strong verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The employee frequently is required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
