Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting dining areas to ensure cleanliness and readiness for new guests Manage cash handling, process payments accurately through POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms, and provide correct change Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants Knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and reservations management Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Culinary experience or familiarity with food preparation, sanitation, and food safety standards Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction Experience in cashiering, basic math skills for cash handling transactions, and guest relations Knowledge of food industry standards including serving techniques, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Server where your enthusiasm fuels memorable experiences!
