Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. WE ARE HIRING FOR 3 SHIFTS

MONDAY, TUESDAY AND SATURDAY. SHIFTS START AT 4PM SUNDAY THRU THURSDAYS AND SHIFTS START AT 3PM AND SATURDAYS.

Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Provide detailed menu information and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience, including upselling specials and pairings. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and quality food preparation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and adhering to sanitation standards. Process payments accurately using cash handling procedures and basic math skills. Uphold food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health standards throughout service. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, with fine dining experience being a plus. Familiarity with

Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is beneficial. Background in guest relations or hospitality will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
