Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food, beverages, cocktails, and spirits with professionalism and flair, ensuring presentation standards are met Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods securely Upsell menu items including wines, specialty cocktails, or desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Assist with food handling, preparation support, and adhering to food safety regulations Requirements Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices required for safe food handling Experience with dining service or high-volume restaurant environments is a plus Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join us to deliver outstanding guest experiences through energetic service and a passion for hospitality!
