We are looking for people who enjoy variety, work well under pressure, and are ready to learn multiple positions. If you like staying busy, helping guests, and being part of a strong team, this is an excellent opportunity. At Casa Pizzeria, knowledge matters. Applicants must be willing and able to learn our menu and clearly explain items to guests before hiring. We want team members who can confidently talk about ingredients, styles, specials, drinks, and recommendations. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide friendly, efficient service Learn the full Casa Pizzeria menu and explain offerings clearly to guests Take dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders accurately using POS systems Cross-train in multiple areas including counter, kitchen, prep, and service Assist with food prep including slicing, portioning, stocking, and ingredient setup Support cooking operations, ovens, fryers, and pizza line as trained Prepare beer, wine, and mixed drinks responsibly in compliance with laws and company standards Promote specials, desserts, beverages, and add-on items Maintain cleanliness of stations, dining room, kitchen, and bar areas Work with urgency during busy periods while staying organized Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Must be able to study, learn, and explain the menu before being hired Restaurant, bar, pizzeria, or hospitality experience preferred but not required Able to multitask and switch roles as needed Willingness to learn kitchen, prep, service, and beverage operations Reliable, punctual, and team-focused Comfortable working nights, weekends, and busy shifts Positive attitude and strong work ethic Why Casa Pizzeria Fun team environment Opportunity to learn multiple skills Growth potential into leadership roles Fast-paced shifts that stay interesting Great food, great people, strong local concept If you can hustle, stay positive, learn the menu, and handle multiple roles, Casa Pizzeria wants to hear from you.
