Handle cash transactions accurately and process sales using POS systems while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and communicate guest preferences or allergies effectively. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality is highly preferred, especially in sushi or fine dining environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus. Strong customer service skills with an energetic attitude and a genuine desire to serve guests well.
