We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and customer-focused Server to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent hospitality, understand the menu, communicate effectively with guests, and help create a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service throughout their visit. Explain menu items, ingredients, spice levels, and daily specials confidently. Make recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary requirements. Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Increase sales through suggestive selling , including appetizers, specialty dishes, cocktails, mocktails, desserts, and other add-ons. Check on guests regularly while respecting their dining experience. Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar, hosts, runners, and management. Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently. Handle guest concerns professionally and notify management when assistance is needed. Process payments and guest checks accurately. Maintain clean and properly set tables and service areas. Assist with opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities. Follow all food safety, sanitation, allergy, and alcohol-service procedures. Assist other team members during busy periods. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate. Candidates should have strong communication skills, a positive personality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant. We are looking for servers who do more than simply take orders. The right candidate should build relationships with guests, understand the menu, increase sales, work as part of the team, and encourage customers to return. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is preferred.
