The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer relations skills, and experience working in fast-paced restaurant environments. This role offers the opportunity to showcase culinary knowledge and hospitality expertise while providing memorable guest experiences in a fine dining or lively nightclub setting. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS, Clover POS, or OpenTable, Resy Upsell menu items and suggest wine pairings or specials to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Ensure guest comfort by addressing needs promptly and courteously Clear tables, bussing as needed to maintain cleanliness and readiness of the dining area Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Assist with food preparation or kitchen duties if required, maintaining food safety standards Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest questions confidently Support team members in maintaining a clean, organized work environment Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast POS, Clover POS, or OpenTable preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse clientele Excellent time management skills to manage multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items and promote specials effectively Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures Basic math skills for billing and cash handling purposes Experience with food industry operations including serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, and food preparation is advantageous Hospitality background with a focus on guest services and guest relations is highly valued Join our team to deliver outstanding service in a vibrant environment where your hospitality skills can shine.
