The Speedwell Tavern is looking for a server! Experience is helpful but not required. Enthusiasm, availability, sense of responsibility, and personality ARE required. The restaurant is a laid back but extremely busy environment. It requires quick thinking, ability to do simple math and ability to learn and understand changing food and drink menus. Multitasking is a must and teamwork is a necessity. Patience with and experience in dealing with the public is highly recommended as well. Candidates are expected to be able to cover shifts when needed, be flexible with swapping shifts with co workers, and be available for staff training, meetings, and emails. All hired candidates will be required to be TIPS Certified upon hiring if they are not already.
