Duties Greet guests warmly, provide menu recommendations, and ensure a positive dining experience from start to finish Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast ensuring timely and correct processing of sales transactions Serve food and drinks with professionalism, including cocktail service, wine knowledge, spirits experience, and beverage presentation Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, handling food safely, and adhering to food safety protocols Process cash and credit card payments accurately while managing cash handling responsibilities Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food preparation and delivery while ensuring guest relations are prioritized Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, ideally with fine dining or nightclub backgrounds Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Toast or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while managing time effectively Familiarity with food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and basic math for processing transactions Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques is highly desirable Must have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality Join us in creating an energetic environment where guest satisfaction is at the forefront!
