Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate orders using Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage table settings, clear dishes, and assist with bussing to maintain cleanliness and efficiency Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties with basic math proficiency Maintain food safety standards by following sanitation protocols and proper food handling procedures Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues swiftly Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to optimize seating arrangements and guest flow Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Experience with food handling, sanitation, and food safety regulations required for safe service delivery Serving or host/hostess experience is beneficial for understanding guest needs and managing reservations effectively Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences!
