The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, a passion for the food industry, and the ability to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service while ensuring guest satisfaction in a fine dining setting. Duties Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS systems. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations, while upselling items to enhance guest experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accuracy in orders and address any special requests from guests. Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and time management skills. Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills, ensuring a smooth checkout experience for guests. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area throughout service. Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, particularly in fine dining or casual family atmosphere. Familiarity with Toast POS systems is highly desirable. Strong culinary knowledge and food preparation skills are a plus. Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction and hospitality. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently. Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is essential. Experience as a host/host or in guest services is beneficial.
