You'll support the front-of-house operations by maintaining a clean and organized environment, assisting with food delivery, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations, and seat guests efficiently to optimize flow and comfort Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area Assist servers by delivering food and beverages quickly and accurately to enhance the guest experience Maintain cleanliness in all service areas, including bussing tables, cleaning floors, and sanitizing surfaces in accordance with food safety standards Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when needed, such as assembling orders or organizing supplies Handle guest inquiries courteously via phone or in person, providing information about menu items or restaurant policies Manage order taking using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure accurate billing and smooth transactions Requirements Previous experience as a host/hostess, busser, or food runner is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or bussing tables Basic math skills for handling cash transactions or POS operations Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Experience with restaurant operations including dishwashing, order taking, serving, and beverage preparation is advantageous Familiarity with hospitality software like OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus A genuine passion for guest service and creating welcoming environments Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
