Sea Level is a high energy, high volume restaurant specializing in fresh seafood and creative cocktails boasting the best view of the Salem Harbor. We are looking for a Food Runner to join our team and facilitate collaboration between our kitchen and wait staff. If you'd like to gain experience in the restaurant industry and learn how to provide an excellent dining experience, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you will ensure our guests have a high-quality dining experience by serving their food in a timely and accurate manner and to assist in table needs to ensure the best experience for our guests and patrons. We would love to meet candidates who can match our high energy and will gel with the team! To be considered for this role, you should be available to work various shifts, including weekends. •Must be 18 or older •Food runner duties include: Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately Uphold sanitation and food safety principles Removing used dishes and utensils from tables Check in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory Relay reports of customer satisfaction to the management and relevant parties Ensure patrons have all the appropriate tableware they need to properly enjoy their food Handle various impromptu requests from customers Shucking oysters and littleneck clams Accommodating guests' table requests Ensuring each dish is presentable $6.75/hour plus tips
