Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS and ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks professionally, including beverage service with spirits expertise and cocktail preparation skills Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while handling cash safely and maintaining proper cash handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety guidelines Requirements Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly preferred Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, and OpenTable for taking reservations Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques Ability to manage time effectively in a high-volume setting while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and handling sales transactions confidently Food safety certification or willingness to obtain proper sanitation training, tips training and must be able carry 50LBS. Must be able to work weekends, holidays and double shifts.

Pay:

$20.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
