Hourly Pay is $6.00 an hour plus Tips Are all yours take home. We are seeking a highly skilled and attentive Server to join our dynamic team in a fine dining restaurant setting. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our patrons. - Greet and welcome guests, taking the time to understand their needs and preferences.
- Manage tables, ensuring that orders are taken, food is served, and customers are satisfied with their experience.
- Upsell menu items and suggest specials, enhancing the customer's dining experience and increasing sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer requests and addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
- Work in a high-pressure environment, adapting to changing circumstances and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff, ensuring that orders are delivered promptly and to the correct table.
- Restock and prep for the next day at end of shift/ including dining room cleaning.
Skills:
- Experience working in a restaurant or fine dining setting, preferably with a focus on customer service and upselling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tables and priorities simultaneously.
