The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience, from taking orders to delivering meals with professionalism and care. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring guest satisfaction. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, adhering to cash handling procedures. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines. Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism, enhancing guest relations. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Experience with POS is preferred. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks. Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest experience. Previous fine dining or restaurant experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling. Experience in hospitality roles such as host/host is a plus. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
