The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have a strong understanding of the food industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to sanitation standards. Manage multiple tables efficiently, demonstrating excellent time management skills. Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils. Address customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food. Assist in training new staff members as needed. Experience Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha, is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively. Knowledge of sanitation practices within the hospitality sector is beneficial.
