Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and presentation of dishes, acting as the crucial link between culinary teams and guests. Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation while adhering to food safety protocols. Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card payments via POS systems, and processing tips with precision. Clear tables promptly, bus tables as needed, and assist with maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards.
