Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our dynamic food service team. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS system, ensuring proper entry and timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work station Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accountability for all sales Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with Toast is highly preferred Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple tables or sections Experience in serving or host/hostess roles is a plus, demonstrating strong guest relations skills Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing processes Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to deliver outstanding guest experiences, and ready to thrive in a lively environment where your energy makes a difference!
