Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive first impression. Take food and beverage orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience through upselling techniques. Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor guest needs throughout their visit, ensuring timely service and addressing any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and presentation. Process payments accurately through cash handling procedures, including basic math for checks and tips. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Support host/host duties as needed to manage guest flow effectively. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. . Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and payment processing. Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices within the food service industry.
