What You'll Do:
  • Greet guests at the to-go window, take orders, answer menu questions, and provide recommendations.
  • Accurately process orders using the POS system and handle payments.
  • Prepare to-go packaging and ensure orders are complete, properly labeled, and quality-checked.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Deliver food promptly to guest rooms while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Ensure delivery items are correct, well-packaged, and presented neatly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go window, service counter, and staging areas.
  • Restock supplies such as bags, utensils, condiments, and beverages.
  • Follow all cash-handling, safety, and sanitation procedures.
  • Communicate guest concerns or special requests to management as needed.
  • Support general restaurant operations during slower periods (stocking, wiping surfaces, assisting team members).
