What You'll Do As a Fine Dining Server at Bas Rouge, you will be entrusted with guiding guests through an exceptional culinary journey. Responsibilities Deliver highly personalized service with warmth, sophistication, and attention to detail Develop a deep understanding of our cuisine, ingredients, culinary techniques, and wine program Confidently guide guests through tasting menus, wine selections, and curated dining experiences Anticipate needs before they are expressed and create moments that exceed expectations Execute refined service standards with professionalism and precision Maintain a polished, elegant dining room environment throughout service Collaborate closely with chefs, sommeliers, and fellow service professionals to ensure flawless execution Uphold the highest standards of appearance, hospitality, and professionalism What We're Looking ForQualifications Experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, Michelin-recognized restaurants, or similar high-end environments Genuine passion for exceptional food, wine, and culinary craftsmanship Strong understanding of service etiquette and guest engagement Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain composed, focused, and detail-oriented during demanding service periods A polished presence and a natural ability to connect with discerning guests Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth The Ideal Candidate You are captivated by the culinary world.
