Responsibilities Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude Take accurate food and beverage orders Serve food, beer, soju, and other beverages efficiently Provide attentive service throughout the dining experience Recommend menu items, drinks, and daily specials Process cash and credit card payments accurately Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas Reset tables and assist with opening and closing duties Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Work as a team to provide an exceptional guest experience Requirements Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred, but not required Friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for handling payments and guest checks Evening, weekend, and holiday availability preferred Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Knowledge of Korean food or Korean alcohol is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay + tips Flexible scheduling Employee meal discount Friendly and supportive work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Paid training
