Job Description
This position is responsible for maintaining a clean kitchen area and cleaning dishes. Previous food service experience as server or dietary aid and ability to provide high standards of service to assisted living population. Develop and maintain professional functional working relationships with all employees and guests. Handle guest complaints in a professional, courteous and timely manner. Stock and rotate all needed supplies in the service areas and dining room. Comply with all local and SOP health, sanitation, and food/ work safety guidelines. Clear, clean, and reset tables and clean chairs, and floors after guests leave. Comply with uniform and appearance standards. Perform other assignments or tasks as assigned by the Dietary Manager or supervisor.
